Last Updated: November 26, 2024
DriveWealth, LLC ("DriveWealth", the "Firm", "we", or "our") has developed a Business Continuity Plan to address our response to events that significantly disrupt our business. We are providing you with this information regarding our business continuity plan.
Contact - After a significant business disruption ("SBD"), you should contact your introducing firm, or you may contact us at bcp@drivewealth.com.
Our Business Continuity Plan – Our business continuity plan is designed to permit our Firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption. In the event of an SBD, our first priorities are to protect the safety of our employees and allow our customers to continue to transact business with as little interruption as possible. DriveWealth’s business continuity plan addresses: data security, backup and recovery; mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical counter- parties impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring our customers prompt access to their funds and securities if we are unable to continue our business.
Varying Disruptions – Significant business disruptions can vary in scope, as they may affect only our Firm, a single building housing our Firm, the business district where our Firm is located, the city where we are located, or the whole region. In either situation, we plan to continue business as soon as practicable. If the significant business disruption is so severe that it prevents us from remaining in business, we will assure our customer’s prompt access to their funds and securities.
